The Watchmen soundtrack was released to retailers today.
The soundtrack is more or less a collection of smash hits from the sixties: "The Times They Are-A Changin',"All Along The Watchtower," "I'm Your Boogie Man," alongside a just torturous rendition of "Desolation Row" by My Chemical Romance.
Now, onto the movie. New Yorker film critic, Anthony Lane, reviewed The Watchmen in this week's issue. He didn't like it, and expressed the typical grievances you're used to hearing about the film. The general consensus seems to be, "Well, I'm not going to like it, but I'll probably see it anyway."
Way to be psyched about a film everybody. Especially one that took 10 years to make and cost $120 million. -SB
