In his February address to Congress, the president stated that "the day of reckoning has arrived." Literally. It's a good time for doomsday movies, and Lionsgate is celebrating with a new collectors' edition release of T2: Judgment Day. It comes in this conveniently terrifying skull packaging, whose eyes light up red and which emits a death groan sound-effect. ("Naaaationalize...." or something to that effect.) It includes the original movie in Blu Ray, plus six billion hours of extra features. Look for it May 19.

T2 is without doubt the best Swarzenegger film (yes, I'm including Twins in that calculation) and it's probably one of the top 5 apocalyptic movies of all time. But in case you just can't get enough Ahhhnold, Lionsgate is also releasing The Arnold Swarzenegger DVD Collection on the same day, featuring gems like Total Recall and The Running Man.-AM
