Varshons is the name of the new Lemonheads album comprised of covers. Despite the horrific artwork, the record looks promising. Dando and Co. rework a Gram Parsons song, a G.G. Allin song, a Leonard Cohen song, and even a Christina Aguilera song. Steven Tyler's daughter, actress Liv Tyler, joins Evan Dando on the Leonard Cohen song, "Hey, That's No Way To Say Goodbye." It's actually a beautiful duet, Tyler's voice is soft and serves as a nice juxtoposition to Dando's gravely voice. Stereogum is streaming it. Click here to listen.
