Mel Gibson, Jesus Doesn’t Love You

Conservatives and anti-Semites the world over must really hate Mel Gibson right now. Since the release of The Passion of the Christ, Gibson has been increasingly viewed as a figurehead for right-wing reactionary views, but Gibson has fucked up yet again. The Mad Max star has been caught on tape launching a profane, racist tirade directed at Oksana Grigorieva, his former lover and mother of his seven-month-old child, before directing his ire upon one-time James Bond star Timothy Dalton.

Gibson and Oksana have been battling in court in recent weeks over custody of their child Lucia. The documents detailing their relationship disintegrations have been under seal until now.

“You’re an embarrassment to me,” Mel tells Oksana (see left) at one point.”You look like a fucking pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”

The remainder of his rant was predicated upon his insistence that the beautiful pianist is both a whore and a cunt. He follows this by saying: “How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice.” He then warns, “I am going to come and burn the fucking house down… but you will blow me first.” The relationship between the two has always been…fraught. Reports say Oksana is accusing Gibson of punching her in the face twice during a fit of pique, giving her a concussion and knocking out two of her front teeth. Gibson admits that they had a confrontation but has simply described it, through his lawyer, as a loud argument.

Gibson also bizarrely takes aim at erstwhile James Bond star Timothy Dalton (The Living Daylights, Licensed To Kill) who has a 13-year-old son with Oksana. All of this comes four years after Mel’s initial public scandal wherein he denounced Jewish people as being “responsible for all the wars in the world,” before allegedly asking a female police officer ”what do you think you’re looking at, sugar tits?”.  Let’s face it, the right wing is never going to be “cool”. It must be a major kick in the balls for anyone on the right to witness Gibson’s continual series of faux pas. Would they not be better off to have someone who is less of a loose canon to espouse their spurious views?
